dc.description.abstract Ethiopia is the second most populous country next to Nigeria in subSaharan country. Utilization of effective and convenient family planning methods in countries with high birth rates and limited resources have a potential to improve maternal and child health. However, the contribution of long acting contraceptives both female and male sterilization, Intrauterine device, and implant in Ethiopia is very low.
